Have an issue with the Bloom app and need support? Contact us at support@getonbloom.com.
You can delete your account in the Bloom app by going to Settings -> Account -> Delete Account. You can also contact us at support@getonbloom.com to request that your account be deleted. All your account data will be deleted.
For law enforcement requests please email us from your government issued email at lawenforcement@getonbloom.com. Please note that we do not accept service of process or respond to questions from private email domains (e.g. Gmail). Email domains must be government issued (e.g. .gov).
